What we collect. When you apply: your name, email, phone, city, resume, compensation expectations, availability details, and your answers to screening questions. When you post jobs: your work email, company details, and job requirements.
Why we collect it. One purpose: matching candidates to jobs, including AI-assisted screening of applications against job requirements. Screening is always reviewed by the hiring recruiter; no rejection email is sent without a human confirming it.
The shared talent pool is strictly opt-in. If you consent, verified recruiters on VettedIn may view your profile for matching roles. You can withdraw consent anytime from Your Applications.
Employer privacy shield. If enabled, your current employer (and any client they hire through) is blocked from seeing your profile or applications, enforced at the database level.
Retention. Data is retained for 12 months from your last activity, then deleted. You can request deletion anytime from Your Applications or by emailing us; deletion completes within 7 days.
Sharing. Your application is visible only to the recruiter/organisation for the job you applied to (and their read-only hiring-manager links). We do not sell personal data. Resume downloads are logged.
Processors. Supabase (database, India-accessible cloud), Netlify (hosting), Anthropic (AI screening — resume text is processed to produce scores; not used to train models per API terms), Resend (email).
