The service. VettedIn is a job board and AI-assisted candidate screening platform. During the community launch, core features are free; this may change with notice.
Posters must be who they claim: employers verify via work-email domain; agencies must name the end client (confidentially if needed); independent recruiters verify via LinkedIn. Fake postings, data harvesting, or fee-charging from candidates results in immediate removal.
Candidates must submit truthful information and their own resume. One application per job.
AI screening produces advisory scores and summaries for the hiring recruiter. Hiring decisions are made by humans; VettedIn does not auto-reject without recruiter confirmation and does not guarantee any hiring outcome.
Resumes may be downloaded by the hiring recruiter for that role only; downloads are logged and carry provenance marking. Redistribution or resale of candidate data is prohibited.
Liability. The platform is provided as-is during the community phase. Maple Green Services LLP is not a party to any employment contract formed between users. Disputes: Bangalore jurisdiction, Indian law.
